What are your fees? +
Our fees are agreed with you before we start working and are set out in writing. We only charge if the sale goes through.
What documentation do I need to get started? +
To begin, we will need the owner's documentation and the basic details of the home. We can request the Nota Simple (land registry extract) ourselves, and we will help you with any other documentation that may be needed.
Who takes care of the viewings? +
Our team organises and accompanies all viewings, making sure the buyers who visit your property have a genuine interest in it.
Can I sell my property if I live outside Spain? +
Of course. We can accompany you and coordinate everything necessary throughout the sale. We also work with trusted professionals, such as advisors and lawyers, to help with anything you may need.
